Vale do Lobo
Vale do Lobo is ideal for school groups. It is a self-contained, luxury complex 20 minutes drive from
Faro airport, and around 2 ½ hours from Lisbon. It has outstanding tennis and golf facilities and is
close to the beach. The Tennis Academy caters for all levels of player, from complete beginners to top
juniors. (The idea of running a sports tour that caters for all standards, rather than just the elite,
is one that seems to find favour amongst head teachers!) At Easter the weather can be changeable, but
usually it is pleasantly warm (c. 24°) during the day, and cooler in the evenings.
